1. How much does a logo cost?
We don't have a 'fixed price' for logo designs as they all vary in complexity, however, after a brief discussion about your requirements, we will be able to give you a price for yours.
2. What information do you require from me to design my logo?
Some of the information we will require from you before we start is: what you want it to represent, styles you like and dislike; colours you prefer; whether you want a stand alone logo or a logotype which utilises the letters in your company name; typeface styles; your logo’s usage and where it will be seen.
3. What does a logo design process involve?
Once we have discussed your design brief, we will prepare a minimum of 3 logo design options for you to choose from, send them to you via email and then discuss them with you. We then make any adjustments and send a final proof before emailing your final hi-resolution files.
4. Why should I use Graphix Plus for my design and printing?
Our motto says it all: Quality work, reliable service.
5. What times are you available for an appointment?
9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Leave us a message out of these times and we'll get back to you promptly.
6. What are your services and how can I benefit from them?
Our range of services is very wide. From your company logo and branding through to your product displays, building and vehicle signage, stationery, advertising brochures and flyers, etc. We can create a professional looking total brand for your business to make you stand out from the rest.
7. Who owns the copyright of a design you have produced for me?
All intellectual property rights on all designs prepared by Graphix Plus is automatically released upon receipt of final payment. However we reserve the right to feature the work for our own promotional purposes(eg website portfolio).
8. Can you deliver final designs to my email address?
Yes we can deliver to your email. Sometimes designs that are too large for emailing will be delivered via a dropbox via the internet or can be sent to you on disk.
9. Do you design for international clients?
Yes we do! As long as you can communicate with us in English, we can design for you. While we are based in Perth, we can work with clients anywhere in the world.
